The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System values its physicians and provides a comprehensive total rewards package. Here’s what you can expect :

• Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Eligible for student loan repayment over five years, plus additional education loan repayment possibilities.

Sign-on bonus authorized.

Pay : Range $350,000-$390,000 per year. Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases.

Enjoy 50-55 days of annual leave, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid federal holidays.

Traditional federal pension with five years vesting and a federal 401K with contributions up to 5% from the VA.

Comprehensive federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurances.

One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory and possible reimbursement of $1,000 per year for continuing medical education (CME).
