Compliance and QI Specialist | Mental Health

Description :

CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time Compliance & QI Specialist. Working under the direction of the QI Director, the Specialist provides administrative and clerical support to the agencys compliance and QI functions and helps ensure that compliance efforts align with regulatory standards. The Specialist assists in maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings including incident reporting and tracking trainings and audit activities.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Assist in maintaining and updating compliance and HIPAA-related policies and procedures.
• Support the coordination of internal audits and vendor reviews by organizing documentation and scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate and note taking during incident reviews, ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Maintain secure agency databases containing protected health information (PHI), ensuring data is entered accurately and access is appropriately managed.
