About The Position

Shift Type : Days; 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Submission Requirements

• 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience
• Valid Driver License required for this need
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision / assistance
• Acute care experience preferred
• Master or Doctorate Degree required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.  Clinical Fellow candidates accepted
• MA SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST LICENSE REQUIRED
• Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language / communication aids, devices and wheelchairs.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement.
