Program Management

The Technical Project Manager may also play a Program Manager role for larger scale initiatives that require the oversight of multiple projects that may be internal or external with clients, partners, or the client's vendors.

Responsible for managing a set of inter-connected projects that could be internal or external. Creates an interconnected schedule and process to ensure all projects remain on track. Focuses heavily on dependencies and risk management to ensure successful completion of the program. Builds relationships with all key stakeholders internal and external and creates and manages program governance across all projects. Has a firm grasp on the strategic nature of the program and its benefits to the organizations. Provides leadership to other project managers and workstream owners in the context of the program.

What you will need :

• Expertise in many project management frameworks such as waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Six Sigma and a strong grasp on how to apply different or combined frameworks depending upon the type of project or program.
• Adept at navigating a matrixed organization, building relationships with key stakeholders, and persuading and influencing others
• A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Experience with deploying Marketing Technology solutions
• Experienced in all aspects of traditional Waterfall project management and PMI Standards
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting process
