Wait Staff - Evening Shift

We are seeking personable and efficient wait staff to attend to our patrons at our legacy family restaurant during the evening shift from Tuesday to Sunday. We are seeking candidates who are interested in long-term employment and are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years. Compensation for this role is commensurate with relevant experience and any applicable certifications, in addition to tips, which are contingent upon your customer service abilities.

Requirements :

• Bilingual (Spanish / English Speaking).
• Good communication skills.
• Great customer service.
• Experience working in a Mexican Restaurant (mom and pop).
• Knowledge of Mexican Food.
• Food Handler or Manager Certification.
• Proven experience working as a server min. 2 years is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• The ability to follow directions.
• The ability to work in a team.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
