Anesthesiologist, BC / BE.

Location : Newark DE OR Wilmington DE

Duration : ASAP- Ongoing

Length : 13 weeks w / option to extend .

Excellent Compensation

Dates of Coverage / Schedule : Prefers Full Time and consistent coverage.

Shifts : Overnight shifts 7PM 7AM. Flat 12-hour shift w / break included. Or overnight Call

Overnight Call hours : 16 hours. Starts at 4PM.

Post Call (unpaid) is included if working shifts + call.

Schedule : Full time with call when working shifts.

Call only : Flexible w / # of shifts / week. (Will consider day shift only but low priority at this time. Need to give relief to staff)

Orientation : Frist day in easy room to get oriented. Most likely GI.

30minute break : included in 12-hour shifts. Same structure if day shift as CRNA s.

DE License Required : Highly preferred, we will get licensure if needed.

Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, DE ,CSR, Board certified.

EMR System : Cerner

Trauma Level : 1

Staffing Model : Overnight : 1 MD -2 CRNA s. OB -1MD, 1 CRNA.

Overnight schedule may need to treat peds.

Rare since most go to Nemours Childrens Hospital but it can occur.

Case Mix : B&B. GI, Lab colonoscopy, OB- busy at Main / Newark

Trauma (highly preferred but not required), heads, spine, ortho, plastics, bariatrics.

Will not need : Hearts.

Ages : peds to geriatrics for overnight schedule.

Volume : Running rooms until 8-10PM. Overnight 2 rooms

Credentialing Timeframe : temp or emergency privileges.

All expenses are covered(travel, lodging, malpractice insurance etc.)
