Key Responsibilities :

PI Planning & Agile Product Ownership

• Lead and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions to align product vision,
• features, and delivery timelines across teams.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

Business & Technology Collaboration

Feature Definition, Prioritization & Roadmap Management

Pega-Specific Configuration Oversight

Workflow User Experience Oversight
