Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales process by securing secondary financing in a timely manner to satisfy homeowner lending needs.
• Manage financing options offered to homeowners / potential customers.
• Interact with customers / project consultants to obtain additional credit information.
• Effectively communicate training and monitoring of the sales force specific to the company's credit / finance option policies and procedures.
• Manage processes and procedures for obtaining customer financials and clearing lender conditions.
• Other job duties as assigned.
