Marketing Coordinator Content Developer

Description

The Marketing Coordinator (Content & Proposals) at Toth and Associates Inc. will focus on high-quality content development and proposal support for an engineering consulting environment. This role is responsible for writing editing and organizing marketing and proposal content that clearly communicates complex technical services to clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in content creation and proposal development preferably within the architecture engineering construction (A / E / C) industry or a similar professional / technical services field. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing other Marketing Coordinators project managers and technical staff to develop consistent compelling narratives across proposals project profiles reports and other marketing materials.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Research write and edit clear concise and compelling content for :

Proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQs)

Proposal Development & Coordination

Marketing & Collateral Support

Digital & Communication Channels

Collaboration & General Marketing Support
