Shift : 1st Shift

Hours : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM; Monday-Friday

Clerical Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update inventory, orders, and customer information into the system
• Maintain and organize files, invoices, and other documents
• Assist with marketing products on website, data entering UPC codes in Excel, etc
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding order status and inventory availability
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities to ensure accuracy
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries related to automotive parts
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
