You will be inspiring, coaching, supporting your team, all while you are working alongside of them and keeping a high level of energy and intensity while you are doing it. Qualifications : Must be willing to relocate to another store after training period (approximately one year) Jewelry Industry experience required Track record of successful business outcomes Leadership experience Bachelor's degree, three years of experience or a combination of both.
