Vantage is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Investments, NA to lead Vantage's commercial underwriting efforts across its North America Platform. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role that requires expertise in financial modeling, strategic decision making, and risk identification and mitigation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, capable of delivering results on multiple projects and priorities without constant direction. Teamwork, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and navigating complex negotiations effectively. Essential Job Functions :

• Perform detailed financial analysis on potential commercial partnerships, customer leasing opportunities, and land acquisitions; identify key risks in concert with internal partners to evaluate structure and to make informed recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Build complex financial models to support your recommendations; build sensitivities and contemplate multiple scenarios to understand downside and to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams at Vantage to refine model inputs and to ensure outputs are suitable for executive consumption.
• Present findings and recommendations of financial analysis to senior and executive leadership with an emphasis on opportunity risks, returns, and trends.
• Participate in customer lease and new site acquisition negotiations to position key deal terms and support Sales and Site Selection in negotiations on highly complex deal terms.
