We are looking for a Business Process Owner for the Order process to design and establish our future global order management process and co-lead the development of digital solutions that enable it.

This role comes at a unique moment in our journey : while you initially join ABB, you will transition into our new standalone company following the planned carve out and ownership change to SoftBank Group. This offers the opportunity to combine the reach and expertise of ABB with the entrepreneurial challenge of building a best-in-class order management process for a new, independent organization.

The ideal candidate is located in EU time zone.

Your Role And Responsibilities

The position is part of the Commercial and Pricing Excellence team and you will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Production Planning, Finance, and IT. To succeed, you should bring proven experience in order management and orchestration, deep knowledge of ERP (SAP S / 4HANA preferred), and an ability to design processes for complex, distributed production systems including Design-to-Order (DTO) scenarios with frequent change requests (RFCs).You will be mainly accountable for :

• Own and define the global Order Management process within the Q2O framework, ensuring governance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Design end-to-end workflows that optimize order capture, validation, orchestration, and fulfillment, including complex cases like DTO and RFCs.
• Collaborate with ERP and orchestration teams to align SAP S / 4HANA and digital tools with business and process needs.
• Translate business requirements into system capabilities, validating enhancements through testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.
• Drive global adoption and capability building through training, playbooks, expert communities, and data-driven innovation
