RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee product distribution from the warehouse to customers.
• Print and accurately affix shipping labels to packages.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled and packed correctly.
• Track orders, monitor pending shipments, and identify delays.
• Collaborate with carriers for scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage timely order processing.
• Handle returns and exchanges per company policy.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
