• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.\n
• Supervise care, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.\n
• Build rewarding relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.\n
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards.\n\nQualifications\n
• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.\n
• CPR certification.\n
• ACLS required within one year of hire.\n
• CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining it if needed).\n
• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required.\n
