Physician / North Carolina / Locum or Permanent / Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in North Carolina

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Position

Medical Specialty : Neurology

Schedule : 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

License / Certification : North Carolina PA or NP License preferred

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient history and physical exams
• Order laboratory tests and procedures
• Properly document and code patient visits in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases
• Consult with Supervising Physician
• Provide prescriptions and coordinate referrals
• Promote healthy activities with patients
• Collaborate with nursing staff to address patient messages and phone calls

Requirements :

Active licensure from the NC Board of Nursing or NC Medical Board

1+ years of Neurology, Sleep, or Specialty experience preferred

Excellent flexibility and time management skills

Sensitivity to patient concerns

Proficiency with computer systems

Job Details :

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

No weekends or on-call responsibilities
