V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for Salesforce Administrator (Only US Citizens) for our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona.

Education and Experience "

• Certifications : Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
• Experience with user and data management, including security settings.
• Familiarity with data migration and management tools like Data Loader.

Knowledge and Skills :

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Job Responsibilities :

User Management : Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access to Salesforce features.

System Configuration : Including (but not limited to) Customize Salesforce applications, including flow builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and APIs to align with business processes.

Automation & Process Improvement : Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes.

Data Management : Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplicate entry cleansing, and database maintenance. Perform data imports, exports and updates using tools like Data Loader.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting tools. Proficiency in Salesforce's declarative tools.
