Responsibilities :

• Handle approximately 30 customer calls daily, addressing inquiries related to property and casualty policies.
• Identify potential sales opportunities during client interactions and transfer leads to the sales team.
• Review and interpret policy notes to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist clients with claims by collecting basic information and transferring them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Work a rotating four-day workweek, ensuring consistent hours and pay.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation for all customer interactions.
• Adhere to company standards for customer service excellence and compliance.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client conversations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and related computer programs.
• Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with property and casualty insurance policies is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating days off.
• Willingness to obtain licensing upon securing a long-term position.
