We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to assist the management team in our Balsam Hill Studio retail store at Whalers Village in Lahaina, HI. In the full-time Client Advisor role, you will have the opportunity to help ensure that our customers experience the magic of Balsam Hill in an inspired holiday setting.

This role will support the store management team by fostering a positive work environment that ensures customer satisfaction, boosts productivity, and drives sales. From enhancing the customer shopping experience to assisting with store opening and closing, this role is vital to the success of Balsam Hill Studio. We are particularly excited about candidates with a proven history of retail success and creating customer-centric shopping experiences!

What you’ll do :

• Assist customers and provide top notch service to ensure all patrons leave satisfied
• Assist with merchandising, cleaning, and restocking
• Gather customer feedback
• Achieve sales targets by generating revenue through effective sales strategies
• Perform opening / closing routines as needed
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and selling skills

The pay rate for this position is : $19.50 per hour.
