The Construction Manager (CM) is the project representative that has overall responsibility for the construction project. The CM is responsible for managing the construction project from start to finish, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The CM is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
