The ability to use powered hand tools. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to safely climb ladders. Ability to withstand different climates (extreme heat and other weather). Ability to see. Ability to hear. Ability to communicate audibly with others. Significant Balance – work is done on slopes and flat roofs. No fear of heights. Dependability – jobs must be completed within certain timeframes, so workers must be able to fulfill obligations.

What You'll Do :
- Assist in the installation, removal, and repair of roofing systems.
- Work with liquid and multi-layered coatings / applications.
- Ensure project safety by setting up ladders, scaffolds, and hoists.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites and maintain equipment.
- Prepare job sites, remove old materials, and clean up after work.
