Position Title : ERP Project Manager - Oracle

Duration : 6 months with good possibility of extension

Location : Remote / PST

Start Date : November 2025

Description : ERP Project Manager to join the client IT team and lead strategic initiatives that modernize and enhance their ERP landscape, including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Syspro, and Sage X3. Working closely with functional and technical teams across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations, you will deliver system improvements that enable scalability, data transparency, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring deep ERP experience, exceptional project leadership, and the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP programs and project system upgrades, process optimization, module rollouts, and integrations.
Drive scope definition, project planning, resource management, and issue resolution for multi-phase initiatives.
Maintain RAID logs, charters, delivery roadmaps, and regular updates for project sponsors and steering committees.

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and other business units to gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into actionable plans.

Align ERP solutions with operational goals and reporting requirements across regions and business units.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and ensure clear stakeholder ownership throughout the project lifecycle.

Vendor & Technical Coordination

Manage third-party ERP implementation partners, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Work with IT leadership, developers, and architects to coordinate configurations, customizations, and testing efforts.

Oversee data migration, environment management, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Governance, Change & Adoption

Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, PMO standards, and audit controls.

Partner with business leads and end users to support user training, communication, and adoption planning.

Track post-go-live stabilization, hypercare, and enhancement backlogs.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementations or major upgrades.

Proven experience delivering projects involving Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Syspro, or Sage X3 (multiple preferred).

Strong working knowledge of finance and operations processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, GL / FA, Inventory, HRIS).

Experience leading vendor-delivered and hybrid delivery models.

Proficiency in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.

PMP, PgMP, or similar certification strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to technical and business audiences.
