Corporate Account Manager I - LTL / Freight

Sales Professional

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for the development and management of large freight opportunities. Their responsibilities would include maintaining existing business through a solutions-based relationship, to pursue expansion opportunities of existing customers, identify and pursue new customers and a high level of collaboration within the company to ensure an optimal customer experience. Essential functions include :

• Expand and maintain customer revenue by focusing on the customers supply chain with decision makers, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing freight solutions.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Fosters an outstanding customer relationship by regularly engaging with the customer to provide business reviews, deliver value proposition and maximize customer utilization of company services.
• Listen to understand and learn the customers business while leveraging emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
• Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
• Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
