Director, Program Management
L3Harris is seeking a highly motivated and driven Director, Program Management to oversee a $70M portfolio focusing on tactical ground and maritime EW solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong program management skills, a growth mindset, and experience managing programs in high-complexity, highly dynamic environments. The chosen candidate would also have experience interfacing and supporting cross-customer base collaboration across SOCOM, DoD, and IC customer communities. Essential Functions :
- Utilize strategic thinking to drive program roadmaps and capture strategies for key pursuits
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external customers to ensure program success
- Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and functional teams in growing, capturing, and executing the Electronic Warfare business area
- Responsible for ensuring the management of the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of the release systems portfolio of programs through all phases from inception to completion
- Direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget, and financial terms / conditions of contracts
- Participate defining program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts in assigned field
- Work with customers to determine needs, requirements, and new business opportunities
- Solve highly complex problems with significant business impact
- Responsible for the overall development and management of the financial forecasts and strategic planning of the business area
Qualifications :
Active Top Secret / SCI Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills :
