Base pay range $70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

The Team You’ll Work With …

As the Social Media & PR Specialist, you will work directly with our talented Marketing team to act as a liaison and coordinator for PR activities, ensuring effective collaboration with external agencies and internal teams to amplify brand visibility and foster community engagement. The Social Media & PR Specialist will manage Fireclay’s social media presence through engaging visual storytelling, community interactions, and creative content production tailored specifically for digital channels. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing and is located onsite in Aromas, CA. This is a full-time salary position and pays $70K–$80K (Depending on experience).

The opportunities you will have …

Create compelling content and publish high-quality photography, short-form video, and written social media posts specifically designed for social media platforms.

Actively manage and grow Fireclay’s online community, responding thoughtfully to interactions, and proactively engaging our targeted audiences.

Day-to-day campaign and marketing communication through our social media platforms.

Collaborate closely with showroom teams to develop and implement dynamic content from brick-and-mortar locations.

Coordinate PR efforts by joining regular agency calls, managing content needs, and ensuring alignment and promotion of media placements across social channels.

Track, analyze, and regularly report on social media performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

Collaborate proactively with the Senior Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist contributing ideas and insights for ongoing social media campaigns and PR strategies.

Serving as a Fireclay Tile Brand Ambassador, representing our core values including :

About You …

3–5 years of direct experience managing social media accounts, implementing innovative social media strategy, creating digital-first content, and community management.

Proven capability in photography and short-form video production optimized for digital and social platforms.

Experience collaborating with PR teams or agencies, with an understanding of PR content and promotional strategies.

Demonstrated ability to proactively contribute creative ideas, identify opportunities to create content, and effectively execute strategic plans.

Proficiency in social media analytics tools, content scheduling platforms, and strong organizational skills.
