ServiceNow Administrator Developer

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator / Developer SME to support their US Coast Guard program in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness

Design and develop queries, reports, dashboards, and ServiceNow modules

Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience

Minimum of 6+ years as a ServiceNow developer

Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and experience with various programming languages

Active Secret clearance required
