Job Overview :

As a Lifestyle Coordinator , you will be responsible for ensuring that residents feel warmly welcomed and stay excited about their home. This crucial role serves as a bridge between the management, marketing, and leasing teams to create a phenomenal living experience.

This is an in-person position that reports to a residential property in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Th e office hours are 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with weekend availability required.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Host engaging community events that foster meaningful connections among neighbors.
  • Manage the building's events budget and maintain a monthly events calendar around the themes of culture, wellness, togetherness, and growth.
  • Verify that units are move-in ready and address any issues prior to new tenant arrival.
  • Conduct move-in day orientations, which include greeting new residents, providing a property tutorial, introducing the management team, reviewing the resident mobile app, and encouraging community event signups.
  • Follow up with residents shortly after move-in to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop service-driven relationships with residents to understand their preferences and proactively enhance their living experience
  • Seek actionable feedback from residents via surveys, identify trends, and implement plans to improve resident affinity.
  • Capture and create engaging social media content.
  • Collaborate with the building concierge, management and ownership teams to solve resident problems, solicit positive reviews, and boost retention.
  • Assist the management team with myriad operational tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years ' experience in multifamily property management , hospitality, customer service, or a related field .
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and hosting events tied to key metrics / outcomes.
  • Must have superior verbal and written communications skills and proven customer service exposure.
  • Works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.
  • Must possess a high energy attitude and an ability to multi-task / prioritize different projects at any given time .
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows software required.
  • Experience with property management software , including AvidXchange ClickPay , preferred.

    Compensation :

    $ 33.65 - $ 38.00 / hour
