Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Health Applications team in developing cutting-edge EHR products leveraging cloud technologies, microservices architecture on Kubernetes, modern UI technologies and innovative Conversational and Generative AI capabilities. As a seasoned engineering leader, you will manage teams of over 10 engineers across the US and India, driving innovation, efficiency, and delivery excellence. Your hands-on engineering expertise, combined with strong management skills, will ensure the development of high-quality products that meet the highest engineering standards. This role presents a unique opportunity to design and build innovative, cloud-centric applications from scratch, and make a significant impact on our technical and business strategies. Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams of 10+ engineers across multiple locations (US and India)

Develop and implement technical strategies for EHR product development using cloud technologies and microservices architecture on Kubernetes

Drive engineering excellence, ensuring high-quality products that meet industry standards

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, design, and business teams

Prioritize and manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives

Mentor and develop team members, promoting growth and career development

Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams and locations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services

Bring prior experience in managing large teams and developing software products in the healthcare domain (preferred)

Qualifications

5+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams

5+ years of experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects from concept to production

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field

Career Level - M3

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
