Studio Sales Team Lead
CITYROW is looking for a highly motivated, confident, and people-focused leader to assist in managing our sales teams in our Richmond, Virginia studios. The Studio Sales Team Lead is responsible for creating a client-focused, positive environment and is devoted to maximizing the studio revenue and occupancy. Responsibilities
Staffing :
- Assist in planning and execution of all aspects of staffing for the front of studio, including recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation as necessary
- Optimize and publish the Studio Team schedule
- Assist with all new hire paperwork and on-boarding
- Monitor class performance and communicate any schedule changes with the Studio Team
Marketing :
Help coordinate on-going community outreachHelp promote CITYROW to new businessesAssist owner establishing sales objective by team memberAbility to carry out studio promotions and events, if neededIn studio chalkboard management / maintenanceAssist coordinating seasonal studio decorations and window space maintenanceTeam Development :
Foster and develop a high-performing Studio Team by assisting in training and motivating all employees to provide the highest level of customer serviceLead by example in all areas of communication, management, leadership, and serviceAssist with holding monthly Studio Team meetingsBuild a strong team environmentCustomer Service :
Serve as a resource to the Studio Team for any client related questionsResolve and attend to any client issues / requestsFocus on engaging with all guests, selling memberships, class packages, and product offeringsOperations :
Oversee daily operations of this studioAssist in managing inventory of studio supplies and sales of merchandiseEnsure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.Assist with ongoing maintenance on studio space and equipment as neededSubmit weekly performance reports to the Manager / OwnerHelp oversee and process group / private bookingsRespond to Closing Emails when necessaryHandle member complaintsWork with senior management to ensure all policies and procedures are properly implementedQualifications
Business management experience in fitness, hospitality or wellnessPassionate about fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyleStrong problem solving skillsTeam leader and a self-starterAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively, and delegate when necessarySuperior communication and interpersonal skillsAble to receive and give performance feedback effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Part-time; weekend coverage required
