Work hybrid for a well-respected and growing tele-psychiatry practice, providers work a 10 hour, four-day work week, Providers are expected to have 36 hours of forward-facing clinical engagement time per week. Providers are given one hour for administrative time daily and 30 min for lunch. We are open from 7am-6pm HST, Mon-Fri. We are seeking an experienced provider but would consider an inexperienced provider new graduates are mentored to success. Provider to be Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our well-respected practice. We provide telehealth psychiatric services to residents of Hawaii only.
Benefits:
Starting salary negotiable $150,000. We reward higher productivity based on WRVUs some providers are making $300,000 a year in this practice.
