DesignOps Lead

A company is looking for a DesignOps Lead to oversee design operations and enhance collaboration within the design team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain infrastructure for design operations workflows and tools

Operationalize design and research processes to ensure scalability and accessibility

Lead the creation and improvement of metrics frameworks to assess team performance and design quality

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in DesignOps, UX Operations, or related roles

Advanced understanding of Figma APIs and front-end architecture

Proven track record of building operational systems for design teams

Experience in setting up operational KPIs and measurement frameworks

Bonus : experience in SaaS or fast-paced product environments
