Job descriptionClinical Duties : Outpatient Family Medicine Average 16-18 patients per day Day shifts Monday-Friday, including one evening / week until 7 : 00 PM Participate in call coverage (evenings, nights, weekends) - Call Ratio : 1 : 10 Medical Director Duties : 12 hours / week of administrative & clinical leadership Oversee clinical operations and support quality initiatives Attend team meetings and support community outreach TEAM & ENVIRONMENT Collaborate with 6 experienced providers Use Epic EMR for patient documentation Work in a supportive, community-focused, rural setting Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Accepted State licensure required Credentialing support provided - 6-8 weeks estimated timeline Competitive salary with potential Medical Director stipend Relocation assistance included Full administrative and credentialing support Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
