CADD Designer

Kleinfelder is seeking a CADD Designer to join our growing team. If a fast-paced diverse and dynamic team is what you are seeking then this is the opportunity you have been looking for. We are seeing rapid growth within the energy market and are looking for candidates to help us capitalize on these opportunities. The projects will be multi-disciplinary in nature relating to energy abandoned mine lands water/wastewater municipal infrastructure design and construction. This role will present significant career growth opportunities for the right individuals. This position is remote and will report to the Pittsburgh PA office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize Civil 3D or equivalent CADD software alignment profile and grading features to produce engineered construction plans and sheet set ups from verbal instructions preliminary concepts and marked up plans.
• Produce a variety of design Plans maps quantities and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project leaders to develop engineering designs.
• Follow internal and/or client procedures and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail innovative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team player take direction and interact well with others.

Qualifications:

• Graphics and/or drafting technical school certificate; associates degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience in CADD design.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D gINT ArcGIS and other graphics-related software.
• Able to utilize Microsoft Office suit of programs such as Word and Excell.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
