Regional Director
OnTrac is hiring a Regional Director!
The Regional Director of Operations is accountable for the overall operations and staff for their assigned market. This position is responsible for financial performance as well as developing and managing quality outcomes for OnTrac and its customers, vendors, and employees.
Location : 5959 Randolph Street, Commerce, California 90040 - Hybrid
Pay : $195,000. - $252,000.
Shift : Monday Friday, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
Responsibilities : Daily Operation
- Full Budget and Cost Center Responsibility
- Responsible for overseeing Operations within assigned Regions
- Responsible for establishing metrics, action plans, managing organizational structure and employee engagement
- Responsible for safety and welfare of all employees
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing activities, costs, and operations in order to optimize costs, increase revenues and improve profitability
- Ability to work closely and directly with customers and represent OnTrac in a professional manner to build, establish and maintain customer relationships
- Mentor, coach and support direct reports on a daily basis

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
