What You’ll Do :

As a Fiber Technician, you'll be the face of MasTec, helping customers stay connected to what matters most. Your day-to-day will include :

• Installing, splicing, repairing, and terminating fiber-optic cables and connectors (indoor and outdoor).
• Troubleshooting and maintaining fiber broadband equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of installations, repairs, and equipment used.
• Ensuring each customer receives top-quality service with professionalism and care.
• Applying initiative, responsibility, and flexibility to solve challenges in the field.
