Solution Owner for IT Applications

A company is looking for a Solution Owner for Customer Support IT Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary IT liaison for Customer Support, identifying and shaping new business initiatives

Collaborate with Technical Architects to explore solution options and ensure compliance with IT standards

Maintain solution ownership from requirements through validation, user testing, and project implementation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in IT business analysis, solution management, or product ownership supporting Customer Support or CRM applications

Demonstrated ability to turn complex support challenges into effective technology solutions

Familiarity with support system architectures

Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and support teams

Salesforce Admin certification and Agentforce certification preferred
