Job descriptionDelivering resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse. Understanding and addressing the physical and emotional needs of residents according to their care plans. Providing support with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and more. Assisting with mobility and exercise to enhance residents' well-being. Preparing meals and ensuring positive dining experiences for our residents. Monitoring and documenting resident interactions and health updates. Contributing to cleaning and laundry services for maintaining a safe living environment. Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16. Prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required within four months of starting, with training provided onsite. Willingness to complete annual competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours per year). Maintaining all required certifications related to the position.
