Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and Hr / payroll software
• Knowledge of Versatrans routing software preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in high stress environment and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Compensation / Benefits :

RAVE Clerical Association - Wage Group III : $22.91 - $25.71 Hourly - According to contractual agreement (based on 2025-26 contract)
