Ideally situated in the Pacific Northwest, California and Hawaii, we take the extra effort of distributing your products from the production source to you, the ultimate consumer. Their West Coast Locations allow easy access from rail or truck, making shipments to Hawaii a breeze. In Hawaii, our main warehouse is minutes from the port of Honolulu and the Daniel K Inouye International Airport. Ocean and air shipments are handled quickly and efficiently. Regular scheduled consolidated shipments are made on the island of Oahu as well as the neighbor islands.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Opens all incoming accounts payable invoices and incoming checks from vendors
• Enters all invoices into AP system (Daily / Weekly). Sets up new vendor accounts
• Submits invoices to Dept. heads for review and approval
• Process weekly payments to vendors, clients, etc.
• Gives weekly check payments for signature to Jay and Natalie, or Jacelyn when Jay or Natalie is out of office
• Reconciles payable reports and statement from vendors
• Responds to accounts payable inquiries from vendors, clients, etc.
• Issues Purchase Order Numbers
• Matches Invoices with Proper Backups
• Puts together daily customer deposits and posts payments to customers' accounts
• Performs other duties requested by Controller or General Manager
• Relieves HR Manager with incoming mail when HR Manager is out of office or PTO
• Helps assist with company luncheon events
• Helps with Kitchen cleaning
• Orders paper with Receptionist when supply runs low
