Pool Steel Helpers Wanted
Massachusetts Solar, Inc. d / b / a Kadison Pool Plastering (Concord, MA), seeks Pool Steel Helpers. Five full-time, temporary positions available from 04 / 01 / 2026 to 11 / 01 / 2026. Fifty hours / week, 6 : 00am-4 : 00pm (Monday - Friday). Saturday work required when necessary. $33.95 / hour, OT $50.93 / hour. Paid weekly on Friday. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Raises and / or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the companys sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL.
Duties : Assist with installation of inground pools and spas. The worker will help load and unload steel and tools at the job site. Assist in the bending and cutting of rebar for the framework of the pool, as well as assist in the priming and gluing of PVC pipe for the rough plumbing of the pool pipes. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and be alert for long periods of time. No education required. No experience required. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Daily transportation to / from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). Worksite at : 9 Old Sudbury Road, Maynard, MA 01754, Middlesex County. Travel to worksite locations in Middlesex and Worcester Counties in Massachusetts. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. Optional employer provided shared housing available at approximately $30 per week, payroll deducted if worker elects. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
