• Applicant must have at least five years of experience in running/maintaining successful youth camping programs and/or experience in having supervisory responsibilities
• Completion of all Archdiocesan employment requirements including but not limited to the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct background checks and Safe Parish (safe environment) training
• The leader of CYO Camp is expected to be a practicing Catholic committed to forming others in the faith.
