Partnerships Program Manager

The Partnerships Program Manager will support the Workiva Global Partnerships & Alliances team. Based on the strategy and prioritized initiatives of the team, this role will plan, manage, and execute a variety of programs and / or projects across multiple parts of business. Projects may span teams, departments, or the entire company. This person works with department leadership and other key stakeholders to identify the business goals, plan the initiative, scope the projects, develop resources, and communicate progress.

What You'll Do :

• Combine a multitude of project components into a cohesive program that is aligned with business priorities, balanced across project constraints, and managed to meet project objectives.
• Network with stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships to further build, define and execute strategies and initiatives.
• Identify and effectively execute necessary change management plans.
• Establish strong relationships and partnerships internally.
• Facilitate and manage project processes and understand the methodology, serving as a subject matter expert on project management.
• Plan, monitor, and manage initiatives to effectively mitigate risks. Provide transparency through key status updates and established metrics through communication with Executives and / or Leadership.
• Identify and balance major project constraints including cost, scope, schedule, risk, quality, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Senior leadership in designing tools and processes to support the program and increase the visibility of initiatives, timelines, and outcomes.

How You'll Be Rewarded :

Salary range in the US : $86,000.00 - $138,000.00. A discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
