LaunchDarkly is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives across our platform and product organization. You will be instrumental in defining and optimizing processes, ensuring effective communication, and successfully delivering critical, high-impact technical programs that shape the future of our product and business.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Own and drive the end-to-end execution of large, complex technical programs (e.g., core platform migrations, security and compliance initiatives, new product launches) across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Planning and Scoping : Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership to define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and realistic delivery schedules.
• Process Optimization : Implement, refine, and champion lightweight, effective program management best practices and development processes (e.g., agile methodologies, release management) to increase engineering efficiency and predictability.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment and clear accountability across all stakeholders.
• Communication : Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular, clear, and concise status updates to executive leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Facilitate effective decision-making and alignment among diverse teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
