As a Product Director in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking an Executive Director in Product Management to lead the Observability & AIOps team. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution for our Metrics, Observability, and AIOps initiatives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Observability & AIOps, aligning with CDAO's overall objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable observability and AIOps solutions.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation within the product team.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of shared services, including notifications and search.
• Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Utilize your technical expertise to guide the team in implementing best practices in observability and AIOps.
