The PPM Portfolio Manager is responsible for the maintenance and governance of the organization's project and program management framework, tools, and reporting processes. This role ensures consistent application of standards across all initiatives that come through Business Technology, administers the PPM toolset, and drives insights through project metrics and analytics. They will also work together with the PMO leader to develop and improve processes.

Minimum Requirements

Education : Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required; or relevant experience

Experience : 5+ years of related experience

Travel : 10%

Work Schedule : Typical work hours are between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Monday Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Methodology & Standards

• Helps develop and maintains standardized project management and program delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Defines templates, playbooks, checklists, process flows, and best practices.
• Supports continuous improvement of project delivery standards and processes.
• Conducts training and onboarding sessions on methodology and standards.
