Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Burlington, Camden, or Gloucester County, NJ

Job Type : Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Salary : $61-$64 per point + benefits, 401k, mileage reimbursement, paid time off

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care RN to provide specialized care to patients with complex wounds. Your expertise will be vital in promoting healing and improving patient quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement and wound vac therapy
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and management
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of wound healing progress

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in New Jersey
  • Certification in Wound Care (e.g., WOCN or WCC)
  • Minimum of 1 year of acute care or med-surg experience
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • CPR certification for healthcare providers
