A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Americas - Sales).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales recruiters while managing a small requisition load
Collaborate with sales leadership to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and forecast hiring demand
Drive accountability for recruiting metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, particularly in sales recruiting
At least 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing recruiters
Proven track record of closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles
Deep knowledge of sales organizational structures and compensation models
BA / BS degree required
