Location : Twin Cities Metro area

Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 annually + $8,000 Retention Bonus!

Primary Responsibilities :

Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments

Design and implement patient-specific rehab strategies

Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations

Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers

Requirements :

Current MN license as a Physical Therapist

Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel

Experience in home health preferred, but we welcome outpatient / inpatient backgrounds

Passion for client-centered rehabilitation
