Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add an Electronics Engineer OR Principal Electronics Engineer – Subsystems to our team.
Key Responsibilities :
Work Environment – The selected candidate will be required to work full‑time, on‑site at our facility. Once established, the position could potentially offer a hybrid work environment. Scheduled telework days are approved at manager’s discretion.
Position Levels – This role can be filled at either the Electronics Engineer level or the Principal Electronics Engineer level, depending upon the qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications for Electronics Engineer – Subsystems :
Basic Qualifications for Principal Electronics Engineer – Subsystems :
Experience using mechanical and electrical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications for Both Levels :
Salary – Primary Level : $89,400.00 – $134,200.00. Secondary Level : $110,300.00 – $165,500.00. Salary range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long‑Term Incentives. Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation and / or personal business.
