Compass Healthcare Consulting & placement is conducting a search for an experienced Senior Intake Coordinator for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency in Brooklyn, NY. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Care Intake Coordinator to get in with a great company! Qualified candidates will have prior Intake Coordination experience within a Licensed Home Care Agency, will understand the verification and Intake processes and procedures of a Home Care Agency. Qualified candidates will have prior experience completing Intake referrals and using HHA Exchange Program.
Senior Intake Coordinator - Home Care - LHCSA
Qualifications :
- Experienced with HHA Exchange Program
- Experienced with Home Care LHCSA, Insurance Verification process
- Experienced with Licensed Home Care Services Agency Policy & Procedure
- Prior Intake Experience
- Must have prior Home Care Intake Coordinating Experience (Not an RN)
- Experience working in a LHCSA, CHHA, MLTC or Home Care Related Field
Job Responsibilities :
Home Care Office located in Brooklyn, NY
Competitive Salary $60,000 - $75,000 & Benefits Package!
